Work
Nine projects from 2023 to 2026. Client work, an internship, physical builds, and self-directed studies. Each one opens a full case study.

Laurier Wellness Services
65% of students didn't know what wellness services existed. I mapped the full service blueprint and proposed a fix targeting the awareness gap first.

Zinger Music App
Interviews showed people stay on Spotify despite complaints, which is switching cost rather than UX. I designed around three real personas and tested through two rounds.

Money Management
Students weren't short on financial facts. They were short on a format built for them. 20+ interviews for a real Laurier client shaped 15+ solution concepts.
